Terms & Conditions

£20 deposit is required for all bookings >£40. Deposit is non-refundable
in case of cancellation less than 72 hours before the appointment time by
the customer or in case of no-show.

If late for the booking by more than half an hour, the missed time will be
charged at £10 per half hour.

Any allergies to synthetic materials/man-made fibres must be declared at
time of booking

Any adjustments to the style must be requested before leaving the salon

Any issues that arise (e.g too tight) must be raised within 3 days of the
job
